Said and done

In 2022 TITAN group approved an investment plan aimed at renewing and expanding the production capacity of its European sites. Approximately twelve months later, the first returns have materialized in Italy.

It is common for large industrial groups to develop their business on the basis of multi-year plans, between three and five years. The first hypothesis included the plan developed by Titan group in 2022, and then launched in 2023, with the aim of strengthening the production capacities of the rims produced in Italy, France and Turkey.

Production up by 30 percent

The final goal was to increase production by over thirty percent and renew the painting lines so as to create an increasingly higher quality standard, while at the same time satisfying European indications in terms of sustainability.

Among the very first interventions carried out by Titan, it’s worth mentioning the one which enabled Italy to develop a new production line for rims with diameters up to 42 inches and widths up to 23 inches.
Thanks to this intervention, the Italian branch of the Group, Titan Italy, has doubled its production capacity of medium range wheels intended for the European market, a type of product which has seen a significant increase in demand in recent times.
In this perspective, the installation of a new painting line with powder finishing is also planned at the end of next year, a highly efficient system in terms of energy and low environmental impact. Thanks to this latest investment, Titan group will certainly strengthen its market position by offering products that have few rivals in terms of quality, long-term reliability and process sustainability.
Along with these commitments dedicated essentially to the first equipment, Titan Italia will also be able to launch in the coming months a new range of products specifically for the aftermarket, with the aim of meeting the needs of end users when replacing or adding wheels to their vehicles during non-ordinary activities that require equipment other than those supplied originally by the agricultural vehicle manufacturer.
All wheels will obviously be certified in terms of load capacity and quality, will be characterized by a specific color and will exhibit the Titan brand as an added value.

Focus on adjustable track

In order to satisfy as many requests and applications as possible, the wheels will be available mainly in a variable track configuration “Waffle” and can be easily viewed through a new company website soon to be published online, through which it will also be possible to contact the Company directly and consolidate any orders through authorized resellers reference.
